- Kolak Biu Kolak Pisang (Boiled banana in palm sugar syrup)
- Base Gede Bumbu Kuning (Basic yellow Sauce)

- The class duration is different for each package. The morning session starts at 08.15 – 13.30 WITA and the afternoon session at 15.30 – 19.30 WITA.
