Day 1 – Welcome to Istanbul
- Meet our representative at the IST/SAW airport and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel.
- Upon arrival at your hotel, complete the check-in formalities and rest for some time.
- The day is free for leisure where you can stroll the local places and flea markets or
- Return back to your hotel and enjoy a comfy overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 2 – Full Day Istanbul Ottoman Relics and Byzantium Sightseeing Tour
- Wake up in the morning, have a hearty breakfast and get ready for a full day city tour.
- Begin your tour by visiting the heart of old Istanbul, Hagia Sophia – a museum famed for its mosaics, including glittering portraits of emperors and empresses and a poignant Virgin and Child
- Next, visit the Blue Mosque, the only imperial mosque with six minarets. Its courtyard is especially grand. The Hippodrome, the stadium of ancient Byzantium, held 100,000 spectators and featured objects from all corners of the empire. Of these, an Egyptian obelisk and a bronze sculpture of three entwined serpents from Delphi survive.
- Wander through the Grand Bazaar in the old city with 4,000 shops full of treasures including carpets and kilims, silks, jewelry, ceramics, icons and leather goods.
- Visit Topkapi Palace, the great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, housing an exquisite collection of precious gems, jewelry thrones of sultans, robes worn by the sultans and their families, miniatures, the Holy Mantle and the Chamber of Sacred Relics.
- Last but by no means least, visit the New Mosque, an Imperial Mosque and one of the famous architectural landmarks of Istanbul.
- Return back to your hotel after an exhilarating day and enjoy an overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 3 – Full Day Bursa Cable Car Tour
- Wake up in the morning, have a hearty breakfast and enjoy a full-day tour from Istanbul to Bursa, the former capital of the Ottoman State as well as one of the most industrialized metropolitan centers in the country.
- Take the ferry from Yenikapi to Yalova, after which you will be escorted by bus to Bursa.
- On arrival in Bursa, visit the historical covered bazaar and Ulu Cami, the Grand Mosque.
- Get a chance to see the magical beauty of Bursa by cable car, an optional excursion that depends upon the weather conditions.
- Visit the Green Mosque and Green Mausoleum before beginning the return journey back.
- Return back to your hotel in Istanbul and enjoy an overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 4 – Half Day Bosphorus Cruise Tour and Transfers to Kusadasi
- Wake up in the morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast and complete the check-out formalities from the hotel.
- Post check-out, get ready for an amazing cruise tour in Istanbul followed by transfers to Izmir.
- Board a Bosphorus Cruise and enjoy looking at Asia on one side and Europe on the other.
- Marvel at the marble palaces, wooden villas and luxury apartments that line the waterway.
- Pass under the Bosphorus Bridge and admire its blend of eastern, Turkish, and western motifs of the Beylerbeyi Palace built by Sultan Abdulmecid on the site of a wooden mansion.
- After the cruise tour, get transferred to IST/SAW Airport to board a flight to Izmir.

Day 5 – Full Day Pamukkale Hierapolis & Cotton Castle Tour
- Wake up in the morning, have a delicious breakfast and board an air-conditioned coach to Pamukkale, known as the “8th Wonder of the World”
- Explore the natural landscape of limpid pools, hot springs and travertine, terraces of carbonate minerals left by flowing water.
- Inscribed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1988, Pamukkale attracts some 2 million visitors every year. Get a view of the terraces from the hills on the opposite side of the valley in the town of Denizli.
- Further, move towards the ruins of the ancient Greek-Roman city of Hierapolis, built on top of the “Cotton Castles” in the 2nd century BC. See the remains of the Roman amphitheater, and visit the former Turkish Bath, now converted to an archaeological museum.
- Discover where Cleopatra used to swim, and the monumental tomb of the Christian apostle St. Philippe. Marvel at the Necropolis of Anatolia, filled with sarcophagi, most notably that of Marcus Aurelius Ammianos.
- After exploring the Pamukkale, return back to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Kusadasi.
Day 6 – Full Day Ephesus Tour and Transfers to Cappadocia
- Wake up in the morning, have a healthy breakfast and head out on the drive to Ephesus-Selcuk. Ephesus is considered one of the most spectacular open-air museums in the world, and certainly a highlight of any visit to Turkey.
- Walk through the 2,000-year-old marble streets of the ancient city admiring the Library of Celsius, Hadrian’s Temple, the Fountains of Trajan, the temples of Hadrian and Domitian, and many more. 22
- Visit the terrace houses, featuring beautiful frescoes and mosaics in their interiors located on the slopes of Bulbul Mountain, opposite the Hadrian Temple.
- After visiting the Ephesus ruins, you’ll continue on to the House of the Virgin Mary. The Vatican has recognized this small house in the Solmissos Mountains as the final resting place of the Virgin Mary. A small shrine dedicated to St. Mary was found when the ruins of the house were first discovered.
- Finally, visit the Basilica of St. John, built by the Emperor Justinian over the tomb of St. John the Apostle.
- After exploring the city, get transferred to Izmir airport to catch a flight to Kayseri.
- Upon arrival in Kayseri, meet our representative and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Cappadocia.
- Post-check-in formalities and enjoy an overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 7 – Full Day Cappadocia South Tour
- Wake up in the morning, have a nutritious breakfast and get ready to take a full-day tour of South Cappadocia, starting with the Red Valley with its famous rock-cut churches.
- Hike through the beautiful Güllüdere (Rose) Valley, before going to the village of Çavusin, famous for the houses and churches of the Christian clergymen.
- After lunch, drive to Pigeon Valley, named for its hundreds of dovecotes. Visit Kaymakli Underground City to see where the early Christians lived.
- Transfer back to your hotel, passing the natural castles at Ortahisar along the way.
